I've had experience with local government, freelancing, private equity, tech, and founding a company.


I am currently building Radify Labs in Richmond, Virginia

My career started serving frozen yogurt and cleaning machines at the local Sweet Frog. In the past I have worked for HackCville, Blackstone's Innovation team, Uncubed, Jobocracy, rADical Marketing, and Fauquier's Department of Economic Development.


Innovation team Product Manager

Led interviews to conduct user research, document pain points, and brainstorm new solutions

Designed user interfaces for internal Blackstone software

Worked closely with developers and QA teams to launch new features



Led a 501c3 with 500 community members

Grew the staff from 11 to 23

Expended the number of education programs from 3 to 11

Organized startup trips for more than 150 students to visit NYC, SF, and DC

Built a network of 1,400 alumni across the country who are interested in tech and startup



Led a five-person team to build tools for economic development offices

Grew beta-list to include users from multiple states at the local, regional, and state levels of government


University Programs Support

Built and managed partnerships with 800+ key university officials to engage auidences

Developed, managed and grew revenue-generating partnerships with the City of New York, Microsoft, IBM, and more
